Textile manufacturing for laundry-fit performance textiles

From the blow-room through spinning, weaving, processing and stitching. The CWS Sweden AB & Rikstvätt delegation got an introduction to all steps of textile manufacturing for the laundry industry.

And by all steps, we mean everything! The delegation was particularly surprised by the sheer number of steps involved to manufacture yarns and final textiles for the laundry and that quality control checks were performed between all steps.

Another wow-moment was how transparent the collaboration between especially Beirholm and Sapphire Textile Mills is. The understanding that when we say "we want to form partnerships with our customers and our manufacturers", this is what it looks like. And we really mean it.

Lots of questions were asked to get a good understanding of the processes. Perhaps another reason for all the good questions were the final quiz (exam) ensuring that everybody had listened throughout the tour 😉
