On your first attempt to log in to Beirholm's website and self-service Business Intelligence solutions, you will be prompted to verify your account and e-mail. In this guide, we will explain how to set up one time password verification via e-mail.

When logging in, please use the e-mail address that was used to set up your account. If you are unsure which e-mail address was used, please reach out to us or contact your Beirholm representative. 

To successfully set up OTP-authentication via E-Mail, please follow these steps: 

Now, you should be ready to log in to Beirholm's website and on-demand Business Intelligence solutions.

Follow these steps to log in:

1. Go to www.beirholm.dk

2. Click on My Profile in the top right corner

3. Then click on Log in

4. You will now be redirected to the Microsoft sign-in page

5. Enter your e-mail address

6. You will then be forwarded to the page Enter code

7. An eight-digit code will be sent to the e-mail address you used for login. Enter the code under Enter code, then click Sign in

8. You have now successfully logged in

Please note that if you are passed on to an error message, when signing in with your Microsoft details at the beginning of the setup process, it is because you haven't been created as a user (with your e-mail) in Beirholm's system. Please contact Beirholm for help regarding user creation.
