Beirholm and Green Key enter agreement

More than 99% of Beirholm's CO2e emissions occur in scope 3. And of those emissions, the majority occur in the manufacturing- or the use phase of our textiles. Hence, our focus remains to reduce CO2e emissions through the further development of our climate friendly BeirTex® performance textiles. In addition, we also take a new step by activating a new partner in our Value Creation Network.

To increase the focus on sustainable performance textiles in one of our end-customer markets - the hospitality industry - we have signed a collaboration agreement with Green Key. Through this collaboration, we aim to take our climate strategy, Together to Zero, to the next level by educating the hotel industry and thereby supporting our laundry partners' efforts in bringing more sustainable textiles to the industry.
